To celebrate Disney100, we brought Charlotte Tilbury’s iconic glow into the world of TikTok—capturing the sweet spot between classic magic and cultural conversation. The combined mantra—How do you want to be today? and Make your beauty dreams come true—set the stage for a campaign that was as swipeable as it was spellbinding.

We reimagined ten Disney characters for a new era, casting ten TikTok creators not for looks, but for personality, spirit, and individuality. Working closely with director Ann Moyse and DOP Ben Marshall, we transformed 180 Studios into a metaverse of ten immersive worlds—each one reflecting the essence of a Disney character, from Ariel’s rebellious romance to Mulan’s game-changing glow.

Shot with the same cinematic quality as the hero campaign, this TikTok-first activation blended legacy storytelling with mobile-first energy. Product close-ups, dynamic transitions, and creator-led tutorials extended the magic beyond the screen, bringing a new dimension to the classic Disney glow.

The TikTok activation wasn’t just a campaign. It was a movement—where classic Disney icons met a new generation of beauty creators, sparking conversation, content creation, and cultural relevance in under 30 seconds.
